Rates

PROJECT FEE RANGE

  • Advertisements $350 - $2,000

  • Brochure: per page $300 - $500

  • Writing: $70/hour

  • Editing: $50/hour

  • Factsheet and/or company bio (1-2 pages) $500 - $800

  • Newspaper advertorial: $1 - $3 per word

  • News release: 1-2 pages $400 - $600

  • Newsletter content: $300 - $500/page, or $1 - $2 per word

  • Sales letter 1-2 pages: $400 - $700

  • Slogan/tagline for a corporation: $500 - $1,500

  • Speeches:  Executive/Professional - $100/minute (personal speeches negotiable)

  • Website content: $1 - $3 per word, per page price can be negotiated

Etc...the small print:

  • These fees are guidelines only and include: brainstorming, writing, revising, editing, consulting, research.

  • GST is charged on all projects.

  • Other fees including out-of-town mileage and courier charged where applicable.

  • Standard policy for first projects with new clients is to receive a signed letter of agreement and down payment of not less than one third of the project cost. Final payment payable within 30 days of final invoice submission.

  • All revisions must be assigned within 60 days of receipt of copy. Revisions are free of charge unless the requested revisions are based on a change in the project made after the copy was submitted.
