Etc...the small print:

These fees are guidelines only and include: brainstorming, writing,
revising, editing, consulting, research.

GST is charged on all projects.

Other fees including out-of-town mileage and courier charged where
applicable.

Standard policy for first projects with new clients is to receive a signed
letter of agreement and down payment of not less than one third of the
project cost.
Final payment payable within 30 days of final invoice submission.

All revisions must be assigned within 60 days of receipt of copy.
Revisions are free of charge unless the requested revisions are based on a
change in the project made after the copy was submitted.
